This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shaoshupai VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interface, and content belong to the Service Provider or lawful rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or prices and will notify users in an appropriate manner. Users are responsible for protecting device security and account credentials; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may cause app failures or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are also bound by the relevant terms of those partners.

Service limitation: the App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or local user settings, the Service Provider is not responsible for resulting issues. Using the App outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may generate carrier data or roaming charges, which are the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Although we try to provide accurate route status and connection guidance, some network information may be affected by third-party services, carriers, or regional policy. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such factors. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in accordance with applicable rules.
